Job Description:
Mildenhall College Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with an actual salary of £17,292–£17,563 per annum and a September 1, 2026 start date.
You will support teaching and learning, help raise student self-esteem, and foster a positive attitude to learning. A grade C/4 in English and Maths is required; experience is desirable but not essential.
