Community Carer (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!)

Flexible (part-time & full-time hours available)

PAY

£13.50 – £14.50 per hour (+ holidays & 35p per mile mileage) AND benefits

Driving Licence & Access To a Vehicle Required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• No prior care experience required – full training is provided
• A genuine interest in supporting others and willingness to learn
• Driver’s license & access to a car
• Good communication skills
• Reliability & a positive attitude
• Willing to complete an enhanced Access NI check
• Be NISCC registered, or willing to register

MAIN DUTIES

• Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Prompt medication & monitor health changes
• Support with mobility & daily living tasks
• Provide companionship & reduce isolation
• Keep the home environment safe
• Keep accurate care notes & report concerns
