CRM Product Lead
Location – Bristol Head Office. Minimum of 2 days per week in office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the CRM product strategy, aligning it with wider customer and commercial goals
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, grounded in business priorities and user needs
- Engage senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making across digital and business leadership
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, managing both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact CRM capabilities using Agile methodologies
- Define, track, and evolve KPIs to measure success, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Ensure CRM data supports a single, accurate customer view
- Take accountability for the live CRM platform, ensuring resilience, availability, and effective incident management
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure high‑quality, business‑aligned delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering CRM transformation or optimisation programmes (ideally MS Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices
- Solid knowledge of CRM workflows, case management, and API integrations
- Experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver iterative change
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, driving engagement and adoption
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
