Job Description: Lifestyle & Wellness Co‑ordinator

Location: Druid Stoke Care Home, 31 Druid Stoke Avenue, Bristol, BS9 1DE

Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)

CQC rating: Good|Carehome.co.uk rating: 9.7/10

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours (5 days per week), 9:00am – 5:00pm with flexibility; shifts include alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions for residents.
• Produce and update an activity planner for the home, working within a set activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and performers from the local community to arrange days out or events at the home.
• Organise one‑to‑one sessions with residents, including reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading or a cup of tea and chat.
• Support the home with its social media channels as required.

• Ability to manage budgets and maintain paperwork accurately.
• Strong prioritisation skills to handle emerging tasks.
