Frontline Waste Operations Supervisor

Coventry City Council is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead frontline teams across Coventry to deliver waste and environmental services. You will work with the Waste & Recycling Manager to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to customer standards.

The role requires strong people management, excellent communication, and ICT skills plus a commitment to health and safety. A full driving licence is required, and candidates should be willing to obtain an HGV Class 2 licence
