Global OT Security Manager – Supply Chain & Factory

Unilever seeks a Supply Chain Cyber Security Manager (TA2) to join the Global Factory Security team. The role drives OT security across Unilever’s production sites, coordinating security controls, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead projects, manage budgets, and liaise with engineering, operations, and IT teams to mitigate cyber risks and ensure compliance with NIS2 and related standards across Europe.
