Network Technician

• Work with other Network Technicians and Technical Experts to protect sewer network and assets

• Conduct inspections including Combined Sewer Overflow, Non-return Valve, Air Valve, Syphon and Oil Interceptor

• Lead and promote a safe working environment ensuring quality standards are met

• Identify and define necessary remedial works to ancillary assets

• Develop opportunities to mitigate the risk of network failures

• Investigate and respond to customer service issues and defect reports

Requirements

• Minimum of a standard driving license (C1 or Class 2 preferred)
• Experience using technology for recording and documenting jobs (laptop and phone)
• Initiative and go-getter energy to solve problems and improve customer outcomes
• Positive attitude, caring character, and willingness to be part of a team
