Salary: £27,000 – 30,000 per year
Requirements
- 1st / 2nd line IT support experience
- Windows Server experience
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Active Directory / Entra ID experience
- Exposure to networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VPN
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- FreshService, SSO solutions, and remote management tools experience is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to a user base of just over 200 users and help maintain smooth IT operations
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network problems
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device configuration
- Provide training on IT systems to staff
