Receptionist/Administrator – Goodmans Fields Medical Practice. Salary: £24,960.00. Hours: 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and provide signposting to services.
- Liaise with the primary care team and support staff.
- Manage appointment requests and maintain accurate patient records.
- Email, scan and code clinical correspondence.
- Process prescription requests and other patient paperwork.
- Utilise information systems (e.g., scheduling, record‑keeping) to support workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in line with NHS standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Reception or customer‑care experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Basic PC proficiency – Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to work within established processes and procedures.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
- Previous NHS experience is welcome but not essential.
