HS2 Civils Site Manager: Lead Safe, On‑Time Delivery

Ratio Recruitment is assisting a leading civil engineering client delivering a major HS2 civils package. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Construction Manager to lead daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to HS2 standards.

You will manage site teams and subcontractors, drive QA and RAMS adherence, and coordinate resources to maintain progress on a Tier 1 project in a highly regulated environment.
