Product and Proposition Manager

As a Product and Proposition Manager, you will own the lifecycle of finance admin delivery through embedded services products that shape the user experience for our business clients when using our digital channels.

We are particularly interested in external candidates with considerable traditional Product Management experience from Tech, SaaS or FinTech organisations, who can bring disciplined product discovery, roadmap ownership, data‑led prioritisation and proven experience scaling customer‑facing digital propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the lifecycle of embedded services products to shape the user experience for business clients.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to enable rapid scale and differentiated customer value.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps and commercial strategies aligned with regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
  • Work with design, engineering and agile teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Manage launch plans, technical deployments, marketing, training and communication activities for new products.
  • Track and analyse key metrics such as adoption, usage, customer satisfaction and revenue to assess product performance.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Product ownership in Business Admin tools/journeys (Embedded Services) & API capabilities within the SME market.
  • Managing relationships with external partners.
  • Setting and executing roadmaps.
  • Working with design and engineering in a scaled agile framework.
  • Product Management experience in B2B supply chain, accounts receivables, invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliation workflows, ideally in Tech, SaaS, Accounting/ERP software or FinTech organisations.
  • Able to design customer‑led propositions that improve collections, reduce manual admin and support better working‑capital outcomes for SMEs.
  • Able to build commercially‑led roadmap choices across customer experience, operational efficiency, payment volume, control and ecosystem partnership opportunities.
  • Considerable ability to work across partner integrations, UX, data, technology and operations to deliver scalable receivables journeys from discovery to launch.

  • Driving commercial outcome from embedded services.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity.

Location

This role can be based in either London, Manchester, or Northampton.
