We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the ICT Infrastructure & Customer Support Desktop Services Team as an ICT Officer Level 1.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to manage their own workload effectively. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality ICT customer services in line with corporate policies and procedures and provide first- and second-line technical support across a broad range of ICT disciplines.
