Part-Time Switchboard Operator (1–6pm) – Central Inbound Calls

NHS Grampian is seeking a Switchboard Operator for the busy central switchboard at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, within the ICT Services, Customer Services team. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week, with a 1 pm to 6 pm Monday–Friday shift.

The successful candidate will handle calls, respond to queries, and support NHS staff and the public while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high standard of customer service.
