Elysium Healthcare is hiring a Social Worker at Gateway Recovery Centre in Widnes to support men and women with complex mental health needs. You will manage social care assessments, risk assessments and contribute to planning for service users’ futures within a multidisciplinary team.
The role reports to the Safeguarding Lead and involves interagency liaison, annual reassessments, and helping access welfare, housing and advocacy services. DBS disclosure is required.
