Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Complaints & Resolution Caseworker in London. Hybrid role with one office day per week that may increase to two, for a temporary 3-month contract, 35 hours per week.

You will manage customer complaints from intake to resolution, conduct investigations, and draft formal Stage 2 responses. The role requires experience in housing or public sector complaint handling, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems
