Milk Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools in delivering high-quality learning experiences. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, stay motivated and reach their full potential.
About the Role as a Teaching Assistant:
Support the class teacher with daily learning activities and classroom management.
Work with pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and improve understanding.
Assist with classroom preparation, organisation and resource setting.
Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a calm, safe learning environment.
Support pupils during lessons, break times, group tasks and school activities.
Build strong relationships with pupils to help promote engagement and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic, patient and proactive individuals.
A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Adaptability and confidence working across different age groups and subjects.
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential—motivation and attitude matter most.
