Support Worker – Sutton-in-Ashfield

Overview

Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield. The role is a 37.5‑hour position with an optional sleep‑in that provides an enhanced flat‑rate payment of £64.20.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract Options

• Full‑time

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
