Water Treatment Plant Operator — Growth & Training

2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton/Bungay is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to maintain the water treatment plant and support the engineering team. The role runs 12 hours per day on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, with overtime opportunities and on‑site facilities.

You will be responsible for maintaining plant systems, operating filtration and chemical treatment, and assisting engineers with work orders and major repairs, while keeping daily WTP records and ensuring safe operations.
