Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
- Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
- Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
- Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
- Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Remote work flexibility – Freelancer contract
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
