People Coordinator
Full‑time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office. Workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. In‑office 3 days a week with the option to work from home 2 days a week. Salary £30,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice.
- Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and performance appraisals.
- Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs, collective consultations etc.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working toward) is desirable
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with coordinating / managing employee relations cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
