Looking for experienced client-facing Microsoft specialists who already operate as the technical and design authority on enterprise transformation programmes.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
- Define architecture decisions including configuration vs customisation
- Own data models, security architecture, and integration design
- Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights)
- Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Azure integration services (APIs, Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
- Design integration patterns across enterprise systems
- Define data flows, API strategies, and middleware approaches
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- Define and support ALM strategies and environment architecture
- Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor on solution decisions
- Lead and mentor consultants and developers
- Work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Support presales and solution shaping where required
What they are looking for:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Deep understanding of Dataverse and CE modules
- Proven experience in solution design or architecture ownership
- Experience with Azure integration (APIs, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)
- Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and environment strategy
- Ability to make and defend architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence leading technical discussions and guiding teams
