Senior Growth Engineer – Conversion & Experimentation

Runna is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Growth Engineering. You’ll own end-to-end features, drive conversion-focused user journeys, and lead experimentation across web and app.

Collaborate with product, design and data partners to shape the roadmap while balancing long-term scalability with short-term business goals. You’ll mentor teammates, elevate CI/CD and testing practices, and help set coding standards that raise the bar for the team.
