Role: Product Owner to lead a software engineering team in the development of global engineering software. Working alongside other development teams also headed up by Product Owners you must be fully competent working in an Agile environment and ideally hold scrum certifications or be a Certified Scrum Product Owner / CSPO or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Work with development manager and the wider team to understand commercial goals and the roadmap
- Build relationships with internal and external clients to understand their problems and communicate solutions
- Communicate product development progress to stakeholders (including product demonstrations)
- Develop a clear product vision
- Hands‑on communication of the product vision to a development team
- Product validation (to ensure acceptance criteria are met)
- Backlog management
Qualifications
- Proven experience working within an Agile framework (Scrum preferred but not essential)
- Delivered multiple full product lifecycles
- Degree level or equivalent education
