Job Description

Senior Full Stack Developer looking to move into a Tech Lead position within a Software House with over 20 years of history providing financial software products. The role combines 50% hands‑on development and 50% leadership, including attending meetings, engaging with wider business, and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on coding in C#, MVC, ASP.Net, .Net Core, WebAPI, and Angular/JavaScript.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional Scrum team of developers, business analysts, testers, and UI designers.
• Attend meetings, engage with wider business and other group companies, and drive product development.
• Promote best practices for software development, communication, and confidence across the team.
• Keep up to date with technology trends and encourage continuous improvement.
