AI‑Driven Agile Delivery Lead for Mobile Apps

RAC is recruiting an Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery across our web and mobile app squads. You’ll partner with Product, Design and Engineering to keep work focused, remove blockers and accelerate release cycles using modern tools and AI-enabled practices.

You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, run sprint ceremonies, and balance feature delivery with ongoing technical improvements in a hybrid setup based near Bristol. Aiming to empower delivery with AI-assisted coding and agentic approaches.
