Primary HLTA: Lead Class Cover & Targeted Support

Tradewind Recruitment is hiring a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a primary school in Ipswich starting September 2026. The role combines whole-class teaching with targeted pupil support across the primary phase, Monday to Friday 8:30am–3:30pm, with a competitive daily rate dependent on experience.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, lead small-group interventions, support teachers to raise attainment, and foster a positive classroom environment.
