Social Worker – Child & Family Assessments

Community Care Live is seeking a Qualified Social Worker registered with SWE with at least 3 years post qualifying experience. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between locations.

Locations available include East Herts, Broxbourne, and Welwyn Hatfield assessments. You will join the assessment team, holding multiple cases and conducting comprehensive social care assessments with families and children.
