Founding Product Engineer – AI FinTech, Equity & Impact

Jack & Jill is seeking the founding product engineer to own the full product lifecycle and build an AI-powered lead generation platform for venture capital and private equity firms. You will work directly with the CTO to define architecture, scale automated investment sourcing workflows, and ship features end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in backend-leaning roles, strong Python/FastAPI/Postgres skills, and a product-oriented mindset with customer interaction responsibilities.
