Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Northampton store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non‑contractual, hourly sales commission. Key Activities

• Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information on our products.
• Processing sales transactions at the till.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuously replenishing stock to keep shelves fully stocked.
• Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy shop floor to a high standard.
• Performing additional ad‑hoc duties as required.
