What you’ll do
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand complex business workflows
- Map existing systems, APIs, and data sources for agent integration
- Design secure, scalable agent architectures with proper error handling
- Create technical specifications and integration plans
- Work with engineering to ensure implementations match customer needs
- Build proof-of-concepts and demos for new prospects
- Document best practices and reusable solution patterns
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise software systems and integrations
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud architectures
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
- Comfortable with CRMs, data flows, and business process automation
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML tools or workflow automation platforms
Day-to-day
- Morning: Review customer requirements and plan integration approach
- Customer calls: Deep-dive into their current systems and pain points
- Afternoon: Design technical specifications and collaborate with engineering
- Document learnings and update solution templates
- Support sales team with technical expertise during demos
