Adult Carer Coordinator – Hybrid, 18h/wk (East Surrey)

Action For Carers is seeking an Adult Coordinator to support carers across Surrey. The role is part‑time (18 hours per week), based mainly in Guildford with occasional homeworking and evening/weekend work.

The post requires a driving licence and travel across Surrey. You will help run safe, engaging group activities, collaborate with the Adults Manager and Engage and Connect teams, and contribute to a welcoming environment for adult carers.
