Admin Assistant
Salary: £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Larbert-based client.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Perform data entry, process invoices and complete paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Comfortable and confident when speaking on the phone
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience with Sage 50 Accounts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions
- Great attention to detail
