Senior Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.

Must have:

• Care work experience to a senior level.
• Meds trained
• Care qualifications and training.
• Enhanced DBS.
• References.
• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating.
• Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence.
• Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
• Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
• Fluency in English language.
• Providing care: 2 years (required).
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
