Administrative Assistant – Decontamination Operations

Circle Decontamination – Aylesford, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking an Administration Assistant for a full-time 37.5-hour week. You will support the unit’s administrative tasks, assist with the decontamination of instrumentation, and handle calls and bookings for endoscope loan and delivery across sites.

You will coordinate repairs, manage supplies, and ensure accurate records with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
