HGV Class 1 Driver

Salary: GBP16.5 – GBP22 per hour

Class 1 Driver – Immediate Start – Day and Night Shifts Available

Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver in Avonmouth, Bristol. 5 on 2 off shift pattern.

Pay Rates

Days Monday to Friday: £16.50 per hour

Nights Monday to Friday: £16.50 per hour + £17.50 shift bonus per shift

Please note the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.

Pure Staff employees do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.

Job Specifications

• Completing trunk runs to stores/RDC’s
• Average shift is 10-12 hours
• Daily Vehicle checks.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Ability to complete an assessment prior to work starting.
• Always wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety boots and hi-vis).

Working Hours

• Start time between 04:00 and 06:00 for days.
• Start time between 14:00 and 18:00 for nights.

Ideal Candidate

• HGV Class 1 Licence
• 6 months Class 1 experience essential for this role.
• Valid CPC.
• Clean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (No TTTS MS DR DD codes).
