Salary: £27,520 per annum

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Team Member, your duties willinclude:
- Performing general park maintenance both inside and outside.
- Handling basic maintenance tasks for rented accommodations.
- Working independently and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
- Communicating effectively with both guests and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations.
- Assisting in the siting of caravans.
- Being familiar with and adhering to relevant workplace legislation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated individuals who:
- Have a basicunderstanding of maintenance tasks.
- Are proactive,reliable, and can work independently.
- Communicate wellwith others and provide excellent service.
- Hold a full driving licence.
Weekend availability is required.
