Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build family connections.
  • Prepare healthy, nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements for children.
  • Support the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure kitchen inventory is well‑maintained and assist with ordering and stock management.
  • Support meal preparation and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
