Liquid Personnel is seeking a resilient and adaptable Social Worker to join the Family Support Team in Wrexham. The role involves managing a varied caseload of children under Care and Support Plans, ensuring their safety and well-being through direct interventions and partnerships with other professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized Social Work qualification, frontline experience in child protection, and the ability to navigate children’s recording systems effectively. The position offers a hybrid working model with 37 hours per week.
