Salary: £49,000 – 66,000 per year
Requirements:
- Deep Oracle E-Business Suite SCM experience across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning
- Experience with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI is highly desirable
- Experience with Oracle Cloud is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
- Experience with 3rd-party integrations and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading both internal and client teams
- Strong organisation, self-motivation, and ability to multi-task across concurrent projects
- Experience managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments such as GxP, GMP, or SoX is desired
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules
- Lead requirements workshops and challenge processes to advocate best practice
- Own workstream and solution delivery end to end
- Define requirements and map or redesign processes
- Perform design and gap analysis
- Configure applications, including migrating configuration between environments
- Support technical activities such as data migration, integration, and reporting
- Lead solution validation workshops
- Support testing and training delivery
- Provide post-go-live support and functional implementation guidance
- Liaise with Oracle to manage client service requests
- Support clients with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
- Manage on-time delivery and stakeholder expectations
- Assist with risk and change management
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts across processes and systems
- Provide regular status and issue reports
