Senior Technical Delivery Lead – Banking Tech & SAFe Programs

Barclays is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the Banking Book Subledger transformation programme. Based in Northampton, you will lead multi-team delivery, align engineering, architecture, finance and business stakeholders, and ensure delivery of critical banking capabilities.

You will provide technical leadership across Java, Spring Boot and cloud-native architectures, oversee SAFe Release Trains, and manage governance, risks and executive communications across functions.
