Logistics & Customer Service Specialist

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Logistics Admin/Customer Coordinator in the United Kingdom. You will handle timely communications with customers and partners, update booking and customs details in the order management system, and liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure commitments are met.

You will monitor deliveries to meet timelines, ensure accurate collection consignments, and resolve issues proactively with colleagues and customers.
