Support Worker

We are recruiting for part time and full time Support Workers to join our team. You will be at the forefront of providing high‑quality, enabling care for individuals we support.

Responsibilities

• Implement person‑centered support plans and promote independence, manage risks, and encourage relationships.
• Promote legal and best practice compliance.
• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
• Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person‑centered records.
• Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self‑administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
