Senior Data Solutions Architect

We are partnering with a fresh alternative to traditional consulting firms to find a Senior Data Solutions Architect. If you love acting as the bridge between Enterprise Architecture and hands‑on Engineering teams, this is for you.

Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid, 1-2 days a week on‑site)

You will lead solution implementations for complex clients, designing Single Customer Views (SCVs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Lakes and robust schema models that power high‑performance marketing, sales, and analytics systems.

What you’ll bring

• Deep familiarity with modern data lakes and warehouses, such as Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or MongoDB
• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark, alongside experience with modern ELT/ETL frameworks (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, Informatica)
• Experience working with complex, disparate datasets (CRM, sales, transactional, or customer‑centric marketing data)
• Strong data modelling foundations (conceptual, logical, physical) and data quality/governance frameworks
• A consulting mindset—you enjoy working closely with clients to understand requirements and turn them into optimum designs
• Strong team leadership, resourcing, or mentoring capabilities.
