Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and manage pre/post-inspections, surveys, and repair planning to meet KPIs and quality standards.
You will consult with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders, plan repair work, and ensure cost/time/quality targets are achieved. Travel across the region is required.
