Hardware Design Engineer – EW & Sensing, Hybrid

Leonardo UK’s hardware engineering team seeks an experienced engineer to own the design of high-performance electronics used in next-generation EW and sensing systems. You’ll work on high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics, FPGA/SoC architectures and PCBs, with on-site presence at Luton/Bristol and hybrid days.

The role offers growth to Principal/Lead levels, mentoring others, and shaping hardware standards across programmes.
