Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for goal‑oriented, positive individuals with a strong work ethic and a drive to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our charity clients, interacting with the public and seeking support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign‑ups.
• Work on a hybrid Door‑to‑Door / Private Site fundraising schedule, attending assigned private sites and/or door‑to‑door locations.
• Utilise charity‑branded clothing, equipment and an electronic tablet to capture donor details.
• Record and report sales targets, achieve and exceed set fundraising objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sign‑ups and follow‑up for repeat donations.
• Participate in induction, training, mentoring and ongoing support after the first 12 weeks.
• Remain flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by venue footfall patterns.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and high motivation to reach and surpass targets.
• Previous experience as a door‑to‑door or private site salesperson (or similar face‑to‑face sales/customer service experience).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with the public.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.
