GTM Engineer & Revenue Ops Architect

Telos Talent is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the HubSpot CRM, automate workflows, and build AI-assisted systems for scalable outreach. You will collaborate with the Commercial team to translate growth plans into an instrumented GTM stack, ensuring leads are enriched, follow-ups timely, and conversations logged.

With 2–5 years in a sales/marketing ops role and deep HubSpot expertise, you will design pipelines, automate enrichment, and develop LLM-based tools to assist research and drafting.
