Therapeutic Residential Care Worker – Cluster Homes

Pebbles Care is seeking a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our team. The role involves driving children to activities and school, delivering life-skills coaching, and providing caring, therapeutic support across a cluster of homes in Scotland.

Induction and shadow shifts start on day one to learn the Pebbles Way and our model. We offer a generous rota with long hours, 5.6 weeks’ annual leave, funded Level 3 SVQ/NVQ in Residential Child Care, and a pension plan.
