Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to support the delivery of exceptional, performance‑focused food for our players and staff. Working alongside a passionate and creative team, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of food preparation and service. Our kitchen is a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and we need someone who can thrive within it, bringing passion, professionalism and a strong work ethic. An understanding of nutrition is essential, as you will support the delivery of interactive cooking sessions to help educate players on their dietary needs. You will also hold a Food Hygiene certificate and a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Hospitality and Catering.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of exceptional, performance‑focused food for players and staff.
- Contribute to maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Deliver interactive cooking sessions to educate players on their dietary needs.
Qualifications
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Hospitality and Catering.
- Understanding of nutrition is essential.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment.

Hours
Hours: 40 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the catering team rota. Your core hours will be Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am – 6pm.
