Bristol City Council is seeking a skilled International Partnership Officer to support the delivery of the Council’s International Strategy. This exciting role will focus on strengthening Bristol’s city‑to‑city partnerships with Odesa (Ukraine) and Speightstown (Barbados), as well as establishing and working closely with two official ‘Friends of’ associations.
You will play a key role in helping Bristol demonstrate leadership on global priorities, including sustainability, equality, and international engagement, while fostering meaningful relationships that deliver tangible benefits for the city.
You will be a skilled relationship-builder with a passion for international collaboration and civic engagement. This role will allow you to develop initiatives that promote global values (e.g. Sustainable Development Goals, youth engagement), drive economic growth and trade opportunities for Bristol and advance diversity, inclusion, and equality.
